As a first-time home buyer, I really wasn't sure what to expect during the process. My husband and I had been renting for years, trying to save for our "FOREVER HOME." While doing research of different locations, we discovered a little town not to far from where we currently lived called Rancho Murieta. After going out to visit the neighborhood/community a few times, we fell in love with the beauty, tranquility and the community feel. For months we studied the market. During that time, we seen many beautiful homes. While doing our research, we noticed that many of the homes would go on the market, then quickly be purchased. We came to the realization that if we wanted to obtain our dream home that we needed to act now. First task was to find a realtor. We wanted a realtor who was knowledgeable and trustworthy, but above everything, have "OUR" best interest in mind and make it his/her top priority! That's when I reached out to Dmitriy. Knowing his character from already working with him for many years (in a totally unrelated field), I knew immediately that he would be without a doubt just who we needed. During the process he proved very knowledgeable about the market and was able to present us with options regarding financing. He knew we were very specific in what we were looking for in a home, and would call us anytime a home hit the market that matched our criteria. Already knowing that it was a competitive market, he helped to make sure that when we did find "The one" that we were ready. Then the day came when a house came on the market that he thought we may be interested in. He quickly called us, and by the next day we were able to do a viewing of the home! Finally, this was it! We fell in love with the home. I tried not to get too excited because I knew this market was tough! I asked his opinion on the pricing of the home and if he felt that this would be a good purchase. Being a first-time home buyer, I must admit I was very nervous and didn't want to get screwed over by the sellers. I knew that he would be totally honest with me. After discussing everything, I felt comfortable in proceeding forward. At that time we went over the specifics and the process of placing a bid. By that evening it was official, our offer was in. After a few days of back and forth, the sellers and us were able to reach an agreement. By the end of the process, we were able to purchase the home for $10,000 less than asking price. The biggest surprise came when he was also able to get the SELLERS to agree to pay ALL of our closing costs!!! Although the process of buying a home can be very stressful, especially right now while this market is going crazy. My husband and I can actually say that our process was smooth and we owe part of that to our awesome realtor Dimitriy! It has been 8 months now, and we are proud to say that we are still very grateful to him and are finally enjoying our "FOREVER HOME!"

Dmitriy help me sell my 1950s East Sac bungalow in 4 days, 4 DAYS!!! Knowing I wanted to sell, my tenant moved out and he had everything set up to start the very next day; yard facelift, dump run, staging consult. Within 4 days we were on the market.

Dmitriy marketed my home locally and even reach out to the Bay Area. We had a fast open house and multiple private showings which yielded 3 offers OVER asking. 2 were very competitive. I met Dmitriy through my wife’s nurse working experience relationship. We chose Dmitriy to be our agent to help sell my first home purchase in the Land Park area of Sacramento. The Land Park neighborhood is a wonderful neighborhood full of tree lined streets and plenty of popular amenities. However, there were some challenges in finding the right buyer due to the specific location of my home; namely, being located in between a busy boulevard (Freeport) and the Sacramento Lightrail.
