Dmitriy Romanyuk
Building client wealth through real estate is Agent Dmitriy Romanyuk’s passion. He is an area expert, growing up in Placer County and earning his nursing degree from Sacramento State University. While working as a cardiac ICU nurse, he began investing in properties and building a robust contractor and vendor network. Discovering that real estate successfully combined his skills in profit strategy, negotiation, and client care, Dmitriy became an agent in 2017. He is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and a Forbes Global Properties Luxury Agent with GUIDE Real Estate.
“I bought my first home in my early 20’s,” Dmitriy explains. “I would have done it differently if I had better guidance. After investing in several properties, I realized how crucial an agent can be.”

He has a concierge approach and leans heavily on his contractor and vendor networks for client success. Dmitriy is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. He is married to a labor and delivery nurse, and they have three boys. The family likes to travel, snowboard, and attend Genesis Church together, where Dmitriy serves.
